    I have not been able to read your book.my mother a 74 year old lady refinaced her home . with gmac 90 days later i lost my mom to ALS.this was in the year of 2007.i tried to comunacate .with gmac .they would not help me .they forclosed i got an evection notice 15 days to move my family out .my mom had deeded this property to me.in the paper work mers is the one to file the forcloser. i feel my mother is a vicim of predtory lending.we are in mercedes,Texas . is there anything i can do to stay in my home.my phone # 956-684-2848 thank you for your time.
