I am using the step by step instructions from Mattweidnerlaw.com and am having trouble finding my mortgage. I have the name of my original lender, and the date the mortgage was made. May 5,2006…recorded on May 12, 2006. ( MERS was listed as beneficiary) All I get is that the date cannot be made before 8/19/2007.
Is there another way to get to the info I need? Please help me.
Also. I cannot seem to access any modules after Mod. 2…We are up for auction Oct. 18…I think I need access to all the information in the modules for my defense…can you facilitate this?
    Thank you,
    Kay

We drip feed the content to you on a timeline. If you wish to accelerate your access to the modules, simply email info@consumerdefenseprograms.com.

Unfortunately, I can not assist you any further than what is provided by Matt’s site. I agree. It’s very hard to find. This is why we have people who specialize in providing securitization audits do this research for us.

In Module 1 of the foreclosure defense program you will be able to download the Documents template file. Within this document, you can find a directory called “MERS Method” which contains a sample pleading on how you can sue MERS.

It’s well written for an ordinary person to understand. The analogies are wonderful too — very simple and easy to understand. Now, I understand why banks and credit unions simply want to rush through the foreclosure process — they don’t want us guys knowing all about their schemes. Another interesting thing I noticed is how the banks and credit unions interpret the legal IRS and other federal guidelines to service their purpose — very legal yet a scheme.
