Please open and start customizing this letter.

Basically, in this letter we are going to force the lender to admit that they were in fact a servicer acting on their own.

To get the address to which to send this letter, get your last statement from the bank. Look at the back of the statement and you will find a place for the “correspondence address”. Use this address.

If you don’t have a copy of the last statement, then call them up or look up on the internet. You will want to find their customer service address for correspondences.

Once you are done customizing the letter, send it out via certified mail/return receipt.
