I’m in San Diego North County and am on the 003 series (a+b) and the bank has NOTHING to show me. I haven’t even seen copies. All I got was a letter from an individual in their (BofA) Qualified Written Request Group stating “…we will respond accordingly.” They are in a complete default position. I sent via certified mail the letter to RECONunTRUSTworthy) explaining my/their legal position, and liability. They postponed the sale date, again. Time to start recording the results of the process. Getting ready for the Civil Action.

Seems we are all on the same side, but no working together effectively. If we could all pool our e-mail addresses and communicate better we will be stronger. I think we should have a base of all our e-mail addresses and counties we live in. We could add new people much easier. Or, if we could form a Blog for California members… I am not computer savvy and don’t know how, but if someone could do that to unify everyone I think it could accelerate all our efforts.
